EMBODIED KNOWING/INTUITIVE HEALING
Psycho-Spiritual-Somato-Emotional Balancing
A guided, experiential journey exploring the four parts of self — physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual. After creating a “safe container” with intention, smudging, candle lighting, invocation; and working with a wide array of modalities which may include crystal sound bowls, music, guided breathwork and meditation, one is gently supported into a deep state of conscious relaxation which allows access to subconscious and spiritual truth helping to clear blocks and allow for healing. Ritual and sacred ceremony creates the space to restore balance and acknowledge inner wisdom.
60–90 minutes.
BREATHWORK
Shamanic Breathwork™
A deeply immersive ceremonial breath journey rooted in the belief that there is a wise teacher within each of us. Our inner shaman is accessible.
This 3 part journey includes; setting a container with ceremony / ritual and sharing guidelines / safety / boundaries / intentions / instructions, etc. This is followed by conscious rhythmic breathing with a curated chakra-attuned music set which facilitates participants to enter a naturally altered state. Old patterns, emotions, addictions and insights can surface, be seen and felt. Release, catharsis, embodied wisdom and deep peace may all be experienced within one breathwork session. The breathwork itself is about 75 minutes and is followed by important art processing (sketching your impressions with pastels) and integration through sharing, journaling, and conversation.
Approximately 3 hours
*Shamanic BreathWork was created by Linda Star Wolf whose direct teacher was Jacquelyn Small, founder of Integrative Breathwork. Jacquelyn Small studied under Stanislov and Christina Grof who created Holotropic Breathwork in the mid 70s. Star Wolf credits one of her greatest teachers to be her adopted Wolf Clan Grandmother, Yeh-Weh-Node Twylah Nitsch. The Shamanic Breathwork Process draws upon each of these lineages, as well as many other Ancient Mystery School teachings. I bring my own unique energy to each session as an experienced and compassionate ally and give credit to my teachers throughout the years (too many to mention), most especially Nita Gage, Catherine Frenzel, GrandMother Spider, Linda Star Wolf, and every one who taught and supported them.
